  • How do I pay dues?

    Bayfront owners have several options to pay their quarterly assessments.

    1. Sign–up for an auto pay from your bank account
    2. Send a payment from your bank to: First Horizon Lockbox P.O.Box 12336, Naples, FL 34101-2336 as well as you unit ID from the bill you will receive and your  bank will send a check to the lockbox.
    3. Send a physical check to: First Horizon Lockbox P.O.Box 12336, Naples, FL 34101-2336 as well as you unit ID from the bill you will receive.

  • Who is the contact for emergency maintenance issues for both, inside of the unit and common areas?

  • What temp should I set my thermostat when I leave, to control humidity?

    When away, FPL recommends minimum setting of 78 degrees.

  • Who do I call if I have a bug problem?

    Owners may call Massey (at no cost).

  • Where are the designated dog areas?

    There are two:

    • SE corner of East Parking structure
    • NE corner of West Parking structure

  • What is the wireless internet password in the Clubhouse?

    "clubhouse"  (all lower case letters)

  • Where can I wash my car?

    The designated car wash area is at the North end of the East garage.

  • Do I need to reserve the tennis or pickle ball courts?

    No, 1st come basis.
